By using Anjok Technologies’ website, software, WhatsApp tools, or services, you agree to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Anjok Technologies services including website, SaaS platforms, WhatsApp Business API tools, custom software, and all related products.

1 Use of Services

  • • Services must be used only for lawful business purposes
  • • You are responsible for the accuracy of all data and content provided
  • • Prohibited: spam, fraud, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or violating WhatsApp/Meta policies

2 User Accounts

  • ✓ Provide accurate account information
  • ✓ Do not share login credentials
  • ✓ We may suspend accounts for abuse, spam, or policy violations

3 Payments & Subscriptions

  • ✓ All payments are non-transferable
  • ✓ Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • ✓ Used API credits & setup fees are non-refundable

4 Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, trademarks, and documentation are owned exclusively by Anjok Technologies.

Copying, reselling, modifying, or distributing our products without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5 Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

  • • We aim for high uptime but are not liable for third-party issues (e.g., WhatsApp API downtime)
  • • Services provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted access
  • • Not liable for data loss due to user error or misuse

6 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, non-payment, or misuse.

You may stop using our services at any time.

7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
